how long do the
sessions go for?

All of our weekly studio sessions are 45 minutes.

Can i attend more than one session per day?

You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you wish throughout the week! However, to maximise the benefits of your exercise & to ensure you are getting adequate recovery between classes - one of our sessions per day should be more than enough! To avoid overtraining we recommend at least one rest day per week (or jump into one of our ZEN-FIT sessions which are aimed to assist your recovery!)

membership options?

Yes we do! All of our memberships are a weekly direct debit or you can choose to pay upfront. Send us an email for more information.

DO YOU HAVE CLASSES FOR BEGINNERS?

All of our sessions are designed so that EVERYbody can work at their own pace and their own level. Whether you are a complete beginner, or have years of experience - we are here to make sure you are challenged and supported at whatever level you are at.
 

do you have outdoor sessions?

Yes! But only in the warmer months. Our outdoor sessions are run on the Geelong Waterfront and are a pop-up class during our summer challenges. Our bootcamp sessions go for an hour and are a mix of cardio, strength, high intensity & low impact.
 

WHAT DO I BRING TO CLASS?

Make sure your wear appropriate footwear (sneakers!) Bring a water bottle and a towel & let us take care of the rest!
